AFM Play Groups for Infants to Tweens
in the Greater South Bend Area
We offer seven opportunities to interact with your child and local adoptive families. Groups are open to all AFM members, please contact the group coodinator for more information.
Activities for Tweens - Now Forming!
Quarterly activities to be planned for AFM youth, 10-12 years old. Contact Kim at KKilbride@sbtinfo.com to sign your child up and assist with the planning and coordination of fun seasonal activities.

African-American and Biracial Play Group - Now Forming!
This group is new for the 2009-10 school year; there is no set age range. Please RSVP your interest to Kendra at kciszczon5@yahoo.com
Asian Play Group
This play group was established a decade ago, it meets Wednesdays at 10:30 and the location changes. The focus is play and includes an annual Lunar New Year celebration. RSVP to Lauren at ldautel@sbcglobal.net
Infant/Toddler Play Group
This group meets Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. and is for mothers of infants and their older siblings. Common parenting questions, child developmental stages and adoption issues will be addressed informally. If interested in participating contact Jill at jjaronik@hotmail.com
PreSchool Play Group
Ages 0 to 6 - Now Forming!
This group is new for the 2009-10 school year. It will meet on Fridays at 10:30 am starting September 17. The focus is friendship and play for children who are not yet in elementary school. Sibling groups are welcome and encouraged to attend. The location changes, please RSVP your interest to Lauren at ldautel@sbcglobal.net
